How to add a video

  1. Open the portfolio builder
  2. Go to the Basics section
  3. Find the About Video field
  4. Paste the URL from any supported platform
  5. Optionally add a video caption
  6. Optionally add a thumbnail URL
Prodfolio automatically detects the platform and generates the embed.

Tips

  • Keep it under 2 minutes — viewers have short attention spans
  • Introduce yourself, your background, and what you’re looking for
  • A casual, authentic tone works better than overly polished
  • Loom is great for quick, low-effort recordings
