Managing Access Requests

Access management is a Pro feature tied to password-protected case studies.
When visitors request access to a password-protected case study, their requests appear in your Access Management dashboard.

Viewing requests

Go to Access Management in the sidebar. The Pending tab shows all unreviewed requests with:
  • Which portfolio and case study they’re requesting
  • The requester’s email address
  • When they submitted the request

Approving a request

  1. Click Approve on a pending request
  2. Choose an access duration:
    • 1 hour
    • 24 hours
    • 7 days
    • Indefinite
  3. An access link is generated for the requester

Rejecting a request

Click Reject to deny the request. The requester will not be notified (they simply won’t receive access).
