When visitors request access to a locked case study on your portfolio, their requests appear in your Access Management dashboard. You’re in full control of who sees your work. 🔐
Access management is a Pro feature linked to locked case studies.

Viewing requests

Go to Settings → Access tab. The Pending tab shows all unreviewed requests with:
  • Which portfolio and case study they’re requesting
  • The requester’s email address
  • When they submitted the request

Approving a request

  1. Click Approve on a pending request
  2. Choose an access duration:
    • 1 hour
    • 24 hours
    • 7 days
    • Indefinite
  3. An access link is generated for the requester
  4. They will receive an email from us with that link

Rejecting a request

Click Reject to deny the request. The requester will not be notified (they simply won’t receive access).
