How to cancel

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal
  3. Click Cancel Plan

What happens after canceling

  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • Your data is not deleted, everything you’ve built is preserved. If you’ve built more than one portfolio, your additional ones will be moved to draft mode.

What changes on the Free plan

  • Extra portfolios beyond the first become inaccessible (but are not deleted)
  • Custom colors revert to the preset theme
  • Custom domain is disconnected, but has a slight delay before becoming inactive
  • Locked case studies are now visible to everyone
  • Advanced analytics are hidden (you keep basic view counts)
  • AI generation credits reset to the Free tier limit
  • AI Summaries are no longer visible

Can I resubscribe?

Yes, you can upgrade back to Pro at any time. If the founding member offer is still available, you’ll get founding member pricing.
