Canceling Your Subscription
How to cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal
- Click Cancel Plan
What happens after canceling
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period
- After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your data is not deleted — everything you’ve built is preserved
What changes on the Free plan
- Extra portfolios beyond the first become inaccessible (but are not deleted)
- Custom colors revert to the preset theme
- Custom domain is disconnected
- Password protection on case studies is removed
- Advanced analytics are hidden (you keep basic view counts)
- AI generation credits reset to the Free tier limit
