# AI Resume Parsing

Upload your resume and let Prodfolio's AI do the heavy lifting. It extracts your information to automatically fill in your portfolio sections. Less copy-pasting, more building. ⚡

## What it extracts

* **Basics**: Name, professional title, contact information
* **About**: Professional summary
* **Experience**: Companies, titles, dates, and role descriptions

## How to use it

1. Go to the **Resume** section in the portfolio builder
2. Upload a PDF or DOCX file
3. The AI parses your resume and shows you what it found
4. Select which portfolio sections you want to auto-populate
5. Review and adjust the imported data

## Availability

Resume parsing is **free and unlimited** on all plans. No limits, no credits, just upload and go.

## Tips

* Use a cleanly formatted resume for best results
* Review all parsed data, AI may occasionally misinterpret formatting
* You can re-upload a new resume at any time
* Importing data won't overwrite sections you've already filled in without your confirmation
