# Managing Access Requests

When visitors request access to a locked case study on your portfolio, their requests appear in your Access Management dashboard. You're in full control of who sees your work. 🔐

## Viewing requests

Go to **Settings** → **Access** tab. The **Pending** tab shows all unreviewed requests with:

* Which portfolio and case study they're requesting
* The requester's email address
* When they submitted the request

## Approving a request

1. Click **Approve** on a pending request
2. Choose an access duration:
   * 1 hour
   * 24 hours
   * 7 days
   * Indefinite
3. An access link is generated for the requester
4. They will receive an email from us with that link

## Rejecting a request

Click **Reject** to deny the request. The requester will not be notified (they simply won't receive access).
